In addition to his work with elite performers, he is a professor of psychology and a trusted advisor to teams and organizations seeking to translate cutting-edge physiology into practical, high-impact performance strategies.


Tiffani Davidson is a growth marketing executive with more than a decade of experience scaling consumer brands across health technology, fintech, insurance, and eCommerce. As VP of Marketing at Ohm Health and former VP of Marketing at Signos, she has led multi-million-dollar growth programs, launched category-defining products, and helped scale businesses from early traction to tens of millions in annual recurring revenue.
Her expertise spans customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, conversion rate optimization, retention, brand strategy, and go-to-market execution. Tiffani is also co-owner of Email Geeks, one of the world’s largest private communities for lifecycle marketers, and is widely recognized for her practical, results-driven approach to growth.


Taya Page is a product innovator who specializes in bringing transformative zero-to-one experiences to market. She has led product development for online marketplaces, K-12 coaching platforms, and a classroom-friendly Android tablet, most recently spearheading the consumer experience for Aescape’s AI-powered robotic massage system. Taya's hands-on background in UX design, engineering, and data analytics enables her to lead cross-functional teams that quickly deliver products that measurably move the needle.


Matthew Austin, PE, has spent his career building innovative hardware and software solutions, from large scale chemical manufacturing plants to cutting edge robotics systems. Mr. Austin specializes in building software to enable, connect, and manage complex systems at scale, and has multiple patents for distributed control systems. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in both California and Wisconsin, and has a BS degree from the University of California at Davis. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, and is an experienced mechanic and craftsman who enjoys building anything he can think of.


Jimmy is a finance and operations leader with deep experience building financial infrastructure and scaling consumer businesses. He previously served as VP of Finance & Analytics at Lifelines, where he developed the company’s first financial models and investor projections that helped secure private equity backing. Earlier in his career he held finance and planning roles at The Children’s Place and Amazon, and began his career at Ernst & Young as a CPA. Jimmy holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
