The Ohm lamp uses sensors in the stone to track your live heart rate to adjust the breathing pace based on how your body is responding and detect when you’ve reached a state of calm.
Your heart rate data is processed and stored directly on the lamp and it is not required to connect the lamp to WiFi or create an account to perform effective breathing sessions.
The following sections explain what data we collect if you choose to create an account and/or connect to WiFi, how we use that data, and how to export or delete your information.

Even if you do not create an account or connect the lamp to WiFi, when you use the app, the following information gets shared with Ohm:
To delete an individual breathing session from your account, in the app, go to Menu > Session History and use the delete icon for the specific session.
If you would like to delete your entire session history or your Ohm account, submit a request to support@ohm.health. Once we receive your request, we will permanently delete your personal information from our servers within 7 days and send you a confirmation email when the process is complete. You will still be able to use your Ohm lamp anonymously.
Deletion is irreversible. You may wish to save a copy of your session data before submitting your request. In the app go to Menu > Session History and use the download icon to save your raw data to your local computer.
Account and lamp data is only used to enhance your experience with Ohm products. We do not share your data with third parties except to support product features, and only then with your explicit consent. Your data will never be sold or shared for third-party marketing or sales purposes.

Welcome to the companion mobile application (the “App”) for the Ohm Resonance Lamp (the “Device”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and related services. Please read them carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. While the app provides access to advanced controls and personal data, downloading the App is not required to perform breathing sessions or operate the lamp.
There are no age restrictions for using the app. However, parental guidance is recommended for younger users.

They are not medical devicesand are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

To improve safety, performance, and functionality, sharing WiFi credentials with the Device via the App may allow the installation of firmware updates to your Device.
By connecting the Device to WiFi, you consent to receiving such updates, which may occur automatically or require your approval, depending on your settings.

All content in the App, including software, graphics, logos, text, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to us and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose.
