What is your return policy?

We believe you'll love your Ohm Resonance Lamp, but in case you don't, we'll refund you when you start a return within 14 days of delivery.

How to start a return

1. Email support@ohm.health within 14 days of delivery with your order number or email address on the order.
2. We'll send a prepaid label.
3. Send your lamp along with all parts in the original box and outer shipping package within 5 days of initiating the return.
4. Once received, please allow up to ten business days to process a full refund on your original payment method.
