On the lamp, turn the Ohm stone to the right until you hear the sound machine turn off. Be sure to stop turning before the light comes back on. Picking up the stone and starting a session from this setting will allow you to enjoy a soundless experience.
If your lamp is connected to the Ohm app, you may make this adjustment there as well.
