Yes, on the lamp and in the app.
On the lamp, turning the Ohm stone to the left will turn the light down. From there, you can choose to leave the halo light illuminated or turn all lights off completely.
If your lamp is connected to the app, you may also use the controls to make the same adjustment.
Starting a session from this mode will allow you to use only the Ohm stone haptics.
