To make HSA/FSA payments possible, Ohm has partnered with Flex. When you checkout, select Flex as your payment option and use your HSA/FSA card to pay. Flex will ask a series of questions and provide you with a Letter of Medical Necessity via email which is what most providers require to approve the expense.
Note that Ohm is not responsible for a provider declining coverage.
